Vinyasa classes
Vinyasa (Flow) class is usually more dynamic exercise where we want to synchronise
our breath with our movement. All levels are welcome - I always give you options how to make things easier or harder. I always try to structure the class around some specific topic:
Hip opening
Improve mobility in your hips and flexibility in your hamstrings. Very good compensation after long hours of sitting on your butt ;).
Closed hips
Bring a little bit of strength to your glutes and quads. Improving your stability on your feet.
Backbend and shoulder mobility
Increase mobility in your upper body. Releasing muscles around your chest and diaphragm helps to improve your breathing.
Core and Arm balances
Strengthening of the upper parts of your body. Bring overall balance into your body and gain new energy.
